South Park Quiet 2bd Close to Downtown + AC

This house is advertised as having AC. There should be further explanation. This house is equipped with a mini split in the dining room which is not sufficient to cool down the bedrooms. We were comfortable in the dining room and living room, but the bedrooms were pretty warm at night. Other than that the stay was perfect!

This house met our needs comfortably for a family of 4. We were within 15 minutes of downtown San Diego, Chula Vista, and Coronado. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and had a small, local grocery store nearby, as well as, Costco. This location and price was perfect for our visit to San Diego as we enjoyed a national dance competition and family vacation.

This is an older home in a good neighborhood in a good location. Quiet area and able to have a nice walk every morning. It was well stocked with all necessities and nice that it has 2 king bedrooms. The communication was very prompt and they were even able to accommodate an early check in on the day of arrival. We had a great stay and thought it was very reasonably priced for this area.
